CNC Operator Wanted for Industrial Clients in Norrköping & Finspång

We are currently looking for several CNC operators for our established industrial clients in Norrköping and Finspång. Do you have CNC training and want to work in a varied and developmental industrial environment? Then this could be the right opportunity for you.

About the role
As a CNC operator, you will work with material processing in modern machines. The tasks vary depending on the assignment, but include among other things:

• Setting up, rigging, and operating CNC-controlled machines (lathe and/or milling).
• Reading and interpreting drawings as well as work instructions.
• Performing measurements and quality control according to given tolerances.
• Tool changes and simpler adjustments in programs.
• Monitoring production and ensuring efficient operation.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

The work requires precision, technical interest, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

We are looking for you who

• Have education within CNC/workshop technology or equivalent experience.
• Have experience with CNC machining (meritorious).
• Can read drawings and have a good understanding of metrology.
• Are accustomed to working with different control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain is meritorious).
• Are quality-conscious, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates are meritorious but not a requirement.

Other information
Working hours may vary and include shift work, for example, two-shift systems or night work. We therefore expect you to be flexible and comfortable working varying hours.
